Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

All Mini and Complete Detail packages require a $100 Non-refundable deposit to secure the date the vehicle is in the shop. "Buy Know" takes you to PayPal.

 

Deposits can be submitted via PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, or in shop drop-off.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. However, if a notice is given with more than 24 hours notice we will reschedule you for the next available spot. If there is a second cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited and the deposit will be required for re-scheduling. 

 

All service cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before re-scheduling to secure your time and day of service. The 25% deposit will be credited towards the total amount.​​ *After the detailing work completion, if the payment is not submitted before the end of the day (not later than 12:00 am), it will be a Late Fee Charge for the amount of $25.00. In the event, the payment is not submitted by then, it will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day late* This Late Fee only applies to customers that received the invoice by e-mail.


​Ceramic coating Policy: 

$250 will be requested upfront to secured the days for the installation of the ceramic coating. Once the appointment of the ceramic coating is set and the $250 is collected, if the customer decides to cancel the appointment the $250 will not be refundable.
